It's time to celebrate and give yourself a great big pat on the back. You may have physically walked away from a massive karmic lesson that took a bit from you. Right now you are in a transition period where your old cycle is falling away and your new one is just about to rise. Like driving in the fog and trusting the road to appear ahead of you, you are needing to trust the path that is being laid before you. Now is the time to emotionally release old identities and outdated ways that no longer serve you. And while you may have physically let it go, have you emotionally let it go? This part tends to be a sticking point for most. Your job now is to see the lesson for what it is and simply move forward! This is absolutely necessary in order for your blessings to manifest for you. Ask yourself...how can you receive your blessings if your heart and mind is already occupied on that which remains outside of your control?
Try this exercise: Take a look at your hands in front of you. Clench them into a tight fist. Now uncurl your fists and stretch your fingers out. Visualize the releasing of your past mistakes, your resentments, your injustices, your anger, your heartbreak, and your trauma. You are not meant to carry this with you.
Remember, just as you physically walk away from a karmic lessons, so you must be prepared to emotionally and mentally do the same. You can’t grab your blessings when you’re already holding onto the past. Sometimes it can feel very lonely when you are forced to do this, but trust that you are more held and guided than you could possibly imagine. If you only knew the blessings you had in store for you, you would not spend one second more of your life in separation, worry, and fear. Hold faith that you will receive your justice, but first you will need to let go of your expectations of the outcome (unclench your fists). Lay down your worries, and your fears--you are cared for.
When you're feeling lost and alone, it’s easy to get overwhelmed by the state of affairs going on within your life and around you, but you are being encouraged to keep holding the clear vision of the future; it is closer than you think. If you are feeling alone, you don’t have to be. Call in your soul family and support team—people who get you at a soul level. People who are the same kind of weird as you. If you haven’t found them, then this a sign that they are close by and waiting for you to simply call them in.
Often, your path is exactly the one that you don’t feel prepared to walk, walk it anyway. It may feel like what is rising feels far bigger than you could possibly hold, be a container for it anyway. And your creations may seem to have a wild uncontrollable consciousness of their own, birth them anyway. So if any of those ideas involve connecting to nature and using it as a healing tool, you are in the right place and time to connect.
As we head into Virgo Season with fall equinox just around the corner, have faith that you are ready to do the work in sowing the seeds, toiling the soil, and planning the harvest—it’s what Virgos are good at.
Some of you are Earth Workers, Shaman Incarnates, and Earth Angels. As such, you are called to work with the elements of earth energy to help heal yourself and those around you. Lemuria was one of Earth’s lost civilizations where heaven really was a place on Earth. As highly evolved spiritual beings they were reverent to Mother Earth and held her in the most highest regard. They knew that a mosquito was no worse than us, and the sun no better.
This week you are encouraged to focus on YOU and your own healing. Look for ways to open your heart chakra and balance your root chakra. Healing starts with the heart, but you part of that is the feeling safe to open your heart.
To balance your root chakra, get outside and practice the art of grounding/earthing, even if it’s simply standing outside in your own backyard with your bare feet on the wet grass. No grass? Take to the nearest park and remove your shoes. Walk the paths and feel the dirt between your toes. It will feel weird at first, but your body knows what to do, and your gait will naturally adjust to it's natural rhythm.
To balance and activate your heart chakra, try a guided heart chakra meditation. You can set a goal to perform an act of kindness for a complete stranger, or simply sit down and write out a list of things you are truly grateful for and why they’re important to you.
Part of healing is purging past hurts. Should any anxiety from this purging surface for you this week, take a moment to pause and try this exercise:
Place both hands over your heart. Close your eyes, and quiet your breathing. Feel your hand on your chest, and search for your heart beat. Once you’ve located it, take a big deep inhaling breath through your nose until you can no longer inhale. Hold your breath for seven to ten seconds (or as long as you can--please don't faint), feel your heart pound more intently and fervently. Next, slowly and with control, release the air out through your mouth. Repeat to yourself, “It’s going to be okay”, “You are going to be okay”, "You are safe".
Repeat this exercise three or more times until you feel more calm, more clear headed, and lighter. Remember, that your capacity to love and hold others is limited to your capacity to love and hold yourself. So if you allow it, you are already healed.
